CAREER DISCOVERY PROGRAM
Parental Involvement: Mapping Up will involve high school’s students’ parents in the career discovery process, fostering a collaborative effort between students, parents, and the coach. This ensures a holistic and supportive approach to career development.
Adapting to Change: A Mapping Up coach can instill adaptability and resilience, preparing students for the dynamic and competitive nature of the job market. This skill is increasingly important as industries quickly evolve and new opportunities emerge.
Soft Skills Development: In addition to technical skills, career coaches focus on helping students identify essential soft skills such as communication, teamwork, and problem-solving. These skills are crucial for success in any career.
Career Plan: Knowing your skills allows you to set realistic career goals. You can create a roadmap for skill development and career progression, ensuring that your goals are achievable and meaningful.
